I would like to report an ILLEGAL DUMPING.
I became a client of Quintero's Landscape Services the fall of 2015 for weed control for my front and back yard. All of our transactions were by check or by cash. The work they did at first was great. My only dissatisfaction was they would dump their debris in my trash cans. They utilized my gardening tools that lied around my house. The son of the owner Adrian Quintero always had a new crew at each job.

The date in question is when I had hired them on March 25, 2017. I wanted my 1 acre back yard hula hoed, racked, and debris removed from my property (I do not want tractor work). I notified them the exact way I wanted things done and we agreed. The total price agreed upon was $725.

On March 25, 2017, I paid half ($400). They utilized a hula hoed, used an herbicide Round Star Dimension and used the weed whacker. They left the debris. This time of year are the Santa Ana winds and could have easily spread their seeds and the debris to blown. They said they left it so the weeds would die and they would come back in 1 to 2 weeks. It was not what I wanted nor what we agreed.

I text them on April 7, 2017 notifying them it had been two weeks and I haven't received a text from them to schedule a date and time for their work to be finished. April 18, 2017 they came and took away some debris. I was not satisfied. I racked the leftover debris into a pile. I sent them a text asking them for a 3rd time to finish their job that we agreed upon.

On April 21, 2017 the job was finally complete. I paid them the remaining amount of $325 in cash. As I stood at my kitchen looking across the backyard it was to my satisfaction and our transaction was complete. I was not my job to pay for their mistakes. I told them how I wanted the job done wether it takes 2 hours or 3 days the job was $725 and not up to me how they disbursed funds to employees. I assume they wanted me to pay more for them to clean up, though it should have been done right 1st. They decided to illegally dump their 3rd try work over my back fence. They claim on BBB that the work over fence is an extra job. Not disclosing, it was them who put piles over my fence.Yes, they should have accepted their wrong doing.

I received a notice in mail on May 12, 2017 from the fire department notifying me to clear weed/bushes from my alleyway (APN: 3112-381-06). For your Information, In February, I had checked my water meter to see if I fixed my water leak and there was no debris along fence then.
On June 10, 2017, I went out to the location on the notice letter. I started working and putting debris in the bed of my truck. At that point, I notice three piles of weed debris that had been recently cut by weed whacker. The weeds are dead but, perfectly cut and no roots. On this day, I notified Quintero's Landscape Services of my findings and I would ask my neighbor if they possibly did it. The last reply I received from them, they stated "Everything that we rake we haul away in my trailer when we did the job for you and I was there with the crew so I know we haul everything".

As I continued working, I notice more and more of my belongings from my property within these piles. There was old fallen shingles from my old shed, current Easter eggs from kids Easter egg hunting and pomegranates from my pomegranate trees in my backyard, and concrete slate. I then went to Victorville Landfil.

I sent Quintero's a text of my dissatisfaction along with pictures of my discovery and I was ending my business with them. I didn't receive a reply back. I notified the Fire department for an extension without mentioning why. I have until June 28th to comply.

On June 17, 2017, I went to finish my job and being over whelmed I notice more debris piles all along my fence line. These piles were deliberately thrown behind these large Sage brushes in which would not have been seen from the view from my house. I sent them another text with pictures of debris piles with my belongings from my property that were within these piles. I did not receive a reply.
